Taking care of a person with Alzheimer's is specialized work that goes beyond our usual role as spouse or child. To do this work successfully, you need special skills and knowledge. The six-week Savvy Caregiver training series helps participants experience success as caregivers by focusing on the skills needed to accomplish the principal task of the family caregiver — managing day-to-day life. Cost is only $30 per person. Scholarships are available. Enrollment limited; pre-registration is required.
