Alliance for Animals

The Alliance for Animals is one of the foremost organizations in Wisconsin devoted to increasing public awareness of animal abuse and promoting the humane treatment of all animals. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization devoted to educating the public and public officials on animal abuse and how to make positive changes. We have a number of different committees comprised of volunteers: Companion, Entertainment, Lab, and Farm Animal committees as well as ones regarding Wildlife, Legislation and Humane Education. We have been in Madison for 20 years and have helped implement changes both in Wisconsin and nationwide. We concentrate heavily on humane education and visit schools and libraries in order to teach children about protecting and respecting animals. We also work to protect animals through federal and state legislation, through direct advocay and outreach, through our quarterly newsletter, animalnews, and through public education.
