for Separation of Church & State WISCONSIN CHAPTER | |
|
Founded in 1947, Americans United for Separation of Church & State is the oldest national organization that works exclusively to protect and defend the constitutional principle of church-state separation. AU's national web site is at www.au.org. The Wisconsin Chapter was instituted in Madison in April, 1996. Chapter volunteers monitor issues in the Badger State, sponsor chapter events, publish newsletters, educate the public and legislators, maintain a FREE speakers bureau, and promote separation between religion and government throughout Wisconsin in every way we can. All current national members of AU can become Wisconsin chapter members upon request, at no additional cost. For information, email, write or call us at (608) 233-9655. |
