Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County develops long-lasting friendships between children primarily from single-parent homes and caring, responsible volunteers to enhance the well-being of those children. We are making a difference in the lives of more than 1,000 children every year in Dane County. Children with mentors gain self-confidence, new perspectives, and the opportunity to create an outstanding friendship with you! More than 250 kids are waiting to be matched to a Big Brother, Big Sister, Couple or Family Match -- not to mention the kids in our School Friends program.
