When you attend a Coast Guard Auxiliary boating course, you have an opportunity to experience safe boating from many different perspectives. First of all, the course is taught by a variety of Qualified Coast Guard Auxiliary instructors, who are trained in non-lecture, facilitation-based techniques using the most modern and innovative presentation tools. Then, to add frosting to your learning experience, boating law enforecment personnel provide you with up-to- date information about state and local regulations, accident statistics, and things they see on our waterways that will help you avoid some of those same pitfalls. So if you want to add to your boating experience in a meaningful way, and take a giant step toward being safer on the water for yourself and your family's sake, take a boating safety course. Don't put it off another season. |
