Community Health Charities is a federation of over 40 stellar member health charities serving local communities statewide.

The purpose of CHCWI is to provide workplace giving contributors the opportunity to simply fight disease, disabilities and disorders through workplace giving, and then get back to their busy lives. Contributions help fund research, develop new treatments, provide patient and rehabilitative services and life saving education. Contributions are also accepted at our website; www.chcwi.org

A workplace-giving campaign is fundraising that takes place in an individual's place of employment. Contributions or "gifts" can be easily deducted from the individual's paycheck. This enables the contributor to give a smaller amount more frequently so that the contribution does not severely impact one paycheck. The impact of the consistent contribution, however, is huge.
It is working to improve lives. The individual determines the amount for payroll deduction on pledge cards (provided). Campaign pledge cards also provide an opportunity to make one-time contributions.

Community Health Charities of Wisconsin (CHC)
is a contributor-focused federation respresenting Wisconsin's stellar health charities in annual workplace-giving campaigns. CHC's presence in Dane County campaigns, and campaigns throughout the state, speak volumes on behalf
of those with disease and disability ... and those in perfect health. CHC President Jane R. Wood is bringing health issues to the forefront in the public sector through education and awareness. "We live in Wisconsin as part of a global community making our health and the health of our co-workers, family, friends and neighbors a priority. In order to improve the quality of life for all individuals, we are taking ownership of disease-related issues starting right here at home, in Wisconsin. We desire to see the fight against disease, disabilities and disorders be counted as a very important cause in workplace giving.

CHC makes fighting disease simple, clear and accessible for Wisconsin workers. If you would like to support your favorite health charity through a workplace-giving campaign, CHC can help. To reach Jane R. Wood for comment or an interview, please call the state office at (800)783-0242.
