The purpose of CHCWI is to provide workplace giving contributors the opportunity to simply fight disease, disabilities and disorders through workplace giving, and then get back to their busy lives. A workplace-giving campaign is fundraising that takes place in an individual's place of employment. Contributions or "gifts" can be easily deducted from the individual's paycheck. This enables the contributor to give a smaller amount more frequently so that the contribution does not severely impact one paycheck. The impact of the consistent contribution, however, is huge.
It is working to improve lives. The individual determines the amount for payroll deduction on pledge cards (provided). Campaign pledge cards also provide an opportunity to make one-time contributions.
