'Four Voices and More Voices' headline April 22 at the Middleton PAC! It's our biggest show of the year! 3/27/2006

The International Champion Quartet "Four Voices" will make its first-ever visit to Madison when members headline our April 22 show!

Also on stage will be the Mad Hatters, and the State Street and Heartsong quartets, plus the Capitol Chordsmen Chorus premiering its latest show, "A Capitol Birthday." April also is the 150th anniversary of the founding of the city of Madison.

Shows at the Middleton Performing Arts Center, 2100 Bristol St., are 2 and 7:30 p.m. with an Afterglow following the evening show. Middleton is a suburb on Madison's northwest side.

"Four Voices" were chosen as the International Champion Quartet in 2002, six years after being named champions of the Collegiate Barbershop Quartet Contest in Salt Lake City in 1996. The Tennessee-based vocal group, founded out of a love for pure harmony and musical excellence, has been thrilling audiences since 1995.

AFTERGLOW

An Afterglow will follow the evening show at the Bowling Green Recreational Center, 7625 Lisa Lane, Middleton, with $5 a person separate admission.

Quartets from the show will perform in an informal setting. Seating is limited, so you may want to order your Afterglow tickets in advance, as well.

Use our ticket order form (see above) or call the ticket sales phone number to order both your show and Afterglow tickets. If you've already ordered your show tickets, you still may want to order your Afterglow tickets in advance as tickets are limited. Tickets also will be available at the Afterglow door, space permitting.

TICKETS

Tickets are $22 for adults and $12 for students at the door, or $20 adult and $12 students in advance. Tickets are $17 each for groups of 25 or more.

HARMONY MARKETPLACE

Each year we offer at our shows the largest collection of barbershop CDs and videos available for sale in the Madison area. Be sure to look for our table in the show lobby. Cash, checks, and major credit cards will be accepted for purchases.

Coming from out of town or have out of town guests you can't accommodate? Take advantage of the special discount available at our show hotel, the Radisson, 517 Grand Canyon Drive, Madison. ABOUT THE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER

The Middleton-Cross Plains Area Performing Arts Center is located on the north side of Middleton High School at 2100 Bristol Street in Middleton, Wisconsin.

The new facility has an 891-seat house with a proscenium arch stage. The stage house has a full 50-foot fly space over the stage, a large removable orchestra pit cover, a Wenger "Diva" acoustic shell, two balconies, and an open performing area of 50 feet by 40 feet.

The facility includes a fully equipped control room with touch-pad lighting system, a 32-channel Allen and Heath soundboard, men's and women's dressing rooms connected by a good-sized green room, scene shop, and a seven-foot Steinway concert grand piano.

The Performing Arts Center has its own entrance, ticket box office, and a spectacular lobby with a large glass atrium.

DIRECTIONS

The Performing Arts Center is located at the Middleton High School. It is situated on the north side of the building at 2100 Bristol Street in Middleton, Wisconsin.

As you approach the school on Bristol Street from the south, go past the main entrance to the school and past the pool entrance. The parking lot is to the left of the swimming pool entrance.
