Block captains to distribute neighborhood newsletters
ECA can always use help delivering our "Hi! Neighbor" newsletter, which is published quarterly. Call Kathy Soukup, 244-8965, if you'd like to deliver to a route near your home. The time commitment averages 30 to 60 minutes four times per year.
