Elder Care of Dane County

Founded in 1976, Elder Care of Dane County is devoted to helping older adults remain active and independent in the community. We offer an array of health and long-term care services - coordinated health care, adult day services, home care - all designed to support adults in their desire to live at home for as long as possible. We also recognize the dedication of families and other caregivers, and work closely with everyone involved. A private, not-for-profit organization, Elder Care is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors from the community.
