Golf Outings

Have fun, get a tan, and raise money for the Epilepsy Foundation all at the same time! Two golf outings are planned for the summer:


13th Annual Epilepsy Foundation Golf Tournament
Friday, June 9, 2006
University Ridge Golf Course
Verona, Wisconsin
$240 for an individual golfer package.

2nd Annual Joel Fangmann Memorial Foundation Golf Tournament to benefit the Epilepsy Foundation
Saturday, July 29, 2006
The Oaks Golf Course
Cottage Grove, Wisconsin
$110 for an individual golfer package.


Call the Epilepsy Foundation to reserve your spot or to sponsor a hole.
Both events feature 18 holes of golf, a complimentary golf cart, eligibility for hole in one event, an invitation to the reception/banquet, complimentary gift package and door prizes.

Summer Camp 2007
Date: 7/22/2007
Through: 7/28/2007
Summer Camp for Kids with Epilepsy is a safe, fun overnight camping experience for children, eight to seventeen, with a primary diagnosis of epilepsy. Summer camp promotes independence and self esteem. Kids learn from each other about living with seizures and epilepsy. during the one week session, campers participate in a variety of activities, build new and lasting relationships and meet peers who share their diagnosis.

Cost: $600 (scholarships may be available)

location: Wisconsin Lions Camp, Rosholt, Wisconsin

Adult Retreat 2007
Date: 8/24/2007
Through: 8/26/2007

Join us for a weekend of learning, relaxing and socializing.

This event is for adults ages 18 and older who have been diagnosed with epilepsy.
Campfires, hiking, wagon rides, crafts, swimming, boating, fishing, games. . . just like when you were a kid, but no enforced bedtime!!

Cost is $130 per person (includes lodging, meals, and all programs and activities).
