The East Isthmus Neighborhoods Planning Council is a non-profit grassroots coalition of East Isthmus neighborhood and business associations. Its mission is to improve East Isthmus neighborhoods by providing resources to member associations, organizing grassroots participation, and building consensus. The stated motto is "uniting and empowering East Isthmus neighborhoods."
