Welcome to Family Support 360!

Family Support 360 is for families who have children with developmental disabilities.

Families who have children with developmental disabilities in Wisconsin have said that one of the most needed supports is someone who can help them navigate, problem–solve, and coordinate access to supports and services for their child with disabilities. Family Support 360 works with families in the South Madison, Allied Drive, and surrounding communities to improve access to and responsiveness of long-term and family supports.

Family Support 360 is available to any family or provider who has questions or would like information and support about accessing resources, supports, and services for children with disabilities in the Madison community. Parents can drop-in at the Harambee Center to speak with staff and visit the resource center, or staff can be available for home visits with families who have children with more complex needs. All Family Support 360 services are free.

Family Support 360 is a 5-year project funded by the Administration on Developmental Disabilities and located at the Harambee Center, in collaboration with the Waisman Center, Exchange Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse, Dane County Human Services, and the Department of Health and Family Services.
