El Contacto Latino
El Contacto Latino is one of the outreach teams of Dane County's Employment and Training Association. ECL offers services and referrals to all populations. In addition, ECL specializes in breaking down barriers for newly arrived Latinos by providing referrals to different resources including transportation, medical assistance, emergency medical assistance, food stamps, childcare, domestic violence, housing, information on how and where to get an identification card or driver's license, and summer education programs for Latino children.
