Hospice
We need caring and committed volunteers to provide companionship and light housekeeping to our hospice patients and respite care for family members of those patients. Training is provided. Duties may include: reading, writing, laundry, grocery shopping and mail preparation. Meals on Wheels
We always need volunteer drivers to deliver noontime meals to our clients in Madison, Middleton and Monona. Pick up times are between 10:45 and 11:48 a.m. and routes usually take about an hour to deliver. You may volunteer as often as you like. Call 276-7598 for more information.
Public Flu Clinics
Volunteers process consent forms and collect money from customers wanting vaccinations. This is a limited term opportunity (October through mid-December). Call Christi Archer, 276-7583 or carcher@hhuvns.org.
Other Flu Opportunities - We could use help in the Flu Program office with packing supplies for clinic nurses. Weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Call Christi Archer, 276-7583.
