Home Health United

When you send a generous donation to Home Health United, you help your neighbors and friends in need. You help people recover from serious injuries. You help families cope with terminal illness.You help, children recover from acute illnesses.You help people in Dane County who cannot afford healthy, nutritious meals.And you help provide home health care to people who have no health insurance or are underinsured.

• Charitable home health care services. Our services ranged from helping a frail senior learn to walk again after a hip operation, to teaching a patient with diabetes how to self-administer insulin, to helping a family manage with Alzheimer's.
• Hospice care services, including medications, bereavement services, medical equipment and supportive and counseling services.
• Free flu shots to people who are unable to afford them.
• Meals on Wheels services for needy Dane County residents.
