Blue Hills chapter (Rusk County)
Map 10f-13f: Hemlock Creek/Murphy Flowage Recreation Area (five-star snowshoe), long stretch of forested hills to Weyerhauser. Also Great WI Birding Trail Rookery just west into Barron county forest, south of Birchwood.

Chippewa Moraine chapter
Well worth the drive to the Interpretive Center on Hwy M! Map 15f-18f: Ice Age National Scientific Reserve, Firth Lake, Chippewa River, nearby Brunet Island state park. Check out the logging era stacker in Cornell.

Heritage Trail Chapter (Columbia County)
[Map 57f] Pauquette Park to Governors Bend County Park in the historically significant city of Portage. Follow along the canal and in ancient footsteps along the Fox River.

High Point Chapter (Taylor Cty)
Map 19-26F: Chequamegon National Forest hosts great backpacking mileage. Jerry Lake primitive area, Mondeaux Flowage, peaceful Wood Lake and a connection to Timms' Hill; WI high point.

Indianhead Chapter (Polk Cty)
Map 1-5F: Western Terminus at Interstate State Park. Smooth sailing on the Gandy Dancer rail-trail, Trade River ski option, McKenzie Creek SWA and our newest state park at Straight Lake.

Lakeshore Chapter (Door Cty -- North Kettle Moraine)
Map 87-105F: Birthplace of the Ice Age Trail. Eastern Terminus in Potawatomi State Park. Easy, breezy walks on the Ahnapee rail-trail, Point Beach sand and Mariners trail. Up and down kettles, eskers, moraines and observation towers in the forest. Reservable backpack shelters.

Rock County Chapter
Map 71-76F: Janesville hosts the southernmost dip in the Ice Age Trail route. Some distance is paved within the city for a bike path. Storrs Lake SWA and Devil's Staircase at Riverside Park return you to Mobile Skills Crew constructed tread.

Superior Lobe Chapter (Barron/Washburn County)
[Map 6-10f] Timberland Hills Ski Area, county forest explorations; beaver dams, snapping turtles, porcupines, Rookery and Tuscobia railtrail.

Walworth/Jefferson County Chapter
[Map 77-80f] Southern Kettle Moraine State Forest and smaller Clover Valley. Bald Bluff Overlook, Stone Elephant, historic log cabin and many additional nature trails. Join the Weekly Walks that meet at Hwy 12 kiosk.

Washington/Ozaukee County Chapter
[Map 83-87f] Loew Lake, Holy Hill, Pike Lake State Park, Slinger & six kames, West Bend's Ridge Run & Glacial Blue Hills, Otten Preserve and entry to North Kettle Moraine.

Waukesha/Milwaukee County Chapter
[Map 80-83f] South Kettle Moraine State Forest Visitor Center, Old World Wisconsin, Scuppernong Springs & Prairie Restoration, Lapham Peak tower, Hartland Marsh, Oconomowoc River.

Waupaca County Chapter
[Map 44-48f] Treat your feet to Skunk/Foster Lakes, Waupaca River, and Hartman Creek State Park. Worthwhile crossover adventure paddling the small chain o' lakes, especially Marl Lake--you'll see why!

Waushara County chapter
Map 49f-52f highlights: Deerfield segment sustainable tree farm, Bohn Lake, Mecan Springs (five-star favorite snowshoe), Chaffee Creek (easy access from southbound Hwy 51/I-39 wayside = stretch your legs).
