2010 production of short plays
|
In summer 2010, Playwrights Ink will produce another Summer Shorts, featuring works by our members. The plays will be no more than three minutes long and contain somewhere in them one of the following lines:
- What the %&*#$ were you thinking?
- Don't screw it up now.
- I'm not __________, but...
- If you only knew.
- You have some interesting wires here.
- I will if you will.
- I hope that didn't cost you very much.
- Get your finger out of there.
- We're gonna regret this.
- God, it hurts.
- That's not funny.
- Seriously, now.
One of the rules we've always had is that all plays in the show have to have been workshopped at Playwrights Ink. For a summer show we'll have to have plays chosen by mid March or so, so write now and get them on the schedule at the fall and winter meetings. No plays over three minutes! This is your best stuff.
