Kerl-Endres-Brannon Post 245 of Cross Plains has monthly dinner meetings on the 3rd Thursday of each month. They are joined each month for dinner at 6:30pm with the Womens Auxiliary Unit and the S.A.L Squadron (Sons of American Legion) with the meetings held separately at 7:30pm at 2217 American Legion Dr. in Cross Plains.

Post 245 co-hosts the Cross Plains World's Fair in June of each year, has St. Patrick's Day Pancake Breakfast each March and a Spaghetti Dinner yearly along with their annual DRAWDOWN Dinner Raffle night in November.

Post 245 is active in Badger Boys, Badger Girls State, County Youth Government Day, High School Oratorical Contest, Middle School Awards and a $500 Flag Scholarship each year for a high school senior.

Post 245 is also supportive of Badger Camp (for persons with mental and physical disabilities), provides volunteers for the Vet's Hospital and hosts Dane County Bloodmobile twice a year.

The post hosts a Memorial Day Parade and Program, Veteran's Day, has local school visits by veterans and has an Honor Guard Firing Squad and services for military funerals.

The Post rents out the hall for weddings and private parties. It has full dance/kitchen/bar facilities.

Commander is Daniel Cady, 1st Vice-Cmdr is Dave Bartocziwiec, Adjutant is Ed Pelowsky and Finance Officer is Lee Mayrack.
