Parents & Children Together Program serves families headed by parents with cognitive limitations. Parents decide the type and level of services to be provided. Services include finding, advocating, and coordinating resources; providing intensive emotional support, facilitating the development of social relationships; providing parent training and education; and matching with a "parenting partner" volunteer for additional support.
