The Madison Chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws

Welcome to Madison NORML's Community Pages! Madison NORML is the local affiliate of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), and was founded in August 2004. Since its founding in 1970, National NORML has provided a voice in the public policy debate for those Americans who oppose marijuana prohibition and favor an end to the practice of arresting marijuana smokers.

Madison NORML Mission Statement

To uphold Madison's long-standing community standard that the use of cannabis is not a criminal matter. To show compassion towards our seniors, disabled, and seriously ill; to support Wisconsin's farmers; and to ensure the personal freedom of responsible adults.
