Katie Krueger/Grant Writer presents how free or low-cost online social networking tools such as blogs, Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter and Youtube can help your development office communicate more effectively. Participants will get a) an expanded understanding of online tools that can improve their communications, b) a customized assessment of their own unique communication needs and specific strategies on meeting them, and c) brief demonstration of how several of these tools work so that they can go back to work and get started right away.
