About Us
The Madison Area Master Gardeners Association (MAMGA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit professional organization whose members are currently enrolled in or are alumni of Master Gardener training. MAMGA was founded in 1986 as a forum for Master Gardeners in South Central Wisconsin who wish to continue professional improvement and service to the community. Within a decade membership had grown to over 100. We are the second largest Master Gardeners Association in Wisconsin, nearing 500 members.

Anniversary Party: All Master Gardeners, including past MAMGA Officers and Board Members were invited to Ann Munson's home, on July 14, 2006, for a wonderful tour of her fabulous garden, food and fellowship. A virtual tour video of her yard was created. Contact Connie Golden if you'd like to view it. We need to do this kind of thing more often!
