To create and maintain a strong statewide coalition of agencies representative of the diversity or maternal and child health services in Wisconsin for the purpose of advocating for improved health status of the state's citizens.
To foster the ongoing development of a high quality system of maternal and child health services throughout the state that are accessible, affordable and acceptable to all citizens in need of such services.
To work with all levels of government, and individuals within the private sector to establish prominence, visibility, quality and continuity for maternal and child health programs and activities.
To create a greater awareness and understanding among all Wisconsin residents about the importance and long-range effects of maternal and child health issues for future generations.
