FREE ADS for COMMUNITY PAGES MEMBERS

FREE ADS in the WISCONSIN STATE JOURNAL and THE CAPITAL TIMES for COMMUNITY PAGES MEMBERS:
There are two types of ads that include Community Pages members.
The first is an ad that appears in "Neighbors" (a monthly insert that is a supplement to the Wisconsin State Journal). The other 3 ads (1 ad per week, minus the week "Neighbors" is published) are placed directly in the Wisconsin State Journal. This ad includes websites that are updated within that past week or slightly longer. We have a program that lists the last 30 Community Pages that have updated their site with content in some way. These websites are selected and published in that ad on a weekly basis.
The second ad that includes Community Pages members is a monthly ad that publishes the last Friday of every month. This ad includes Community Pages events for the following month. For example, if the ad publishes in the Friday, August 29th edition of the Wisconsin State Journal, it will list September events. Near the middle of the month, an email is sent to all Community Pages contacts as a reminder/request with a deadline to reply (usually 10 days). Those contacts then reply with information about their upcoming event formatted in a particular way which is described in the email. That information is then gathered and organized for the ad (and subsequently published).
