2009 Moving Forward with MS
An educational series for those newly diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis
The National MS Society, Wisconsin Chapter has designed this free program to address major issues confronting people diagnosed with MS within the past three years.Participants are invited to bring an adult family member, friend or support person. A peer facilitator will lead the four
week series and professionals will present information on various topics concerning MS.This is
not a self-help or counseling group, but rather an informational discussion group. Many Individuals find that accurate information and a supportive environment of peers who share similar concerns can make a new diagnosis less threatening and more manageable.
This series is offered twice yearly, registration is requested.
When: Mondays - March 16 - April 6, 2009
6:00 to 8:00pm
