This leaflet was produced in early February 2005 by the National Association of Railroad Passengers after President Bush proposed zero funding of Amtrak after Sept. 30. Rail advocates are encouraged to download it, print copies for friends, neighbors, co-workers and others, and distribute it to them as soon as possible. ProRail supports this NARP initiative.
