Saturday, June 27, Glacial Drumlin Trail from Wales to Waukesha. We will bike about 20 miles on paved trails. Meet at 9 A.M. At the Dutch Mill park and ride at Hwy 51 and Broadway to carpool to Wales. Bring a picnic lunch. Arleen 833-0904

Wednesday July 1, Capital City Trail Breakfast Ride Meet at Sally's house at 8:00 a.m. 5751 Barbara Dr. From West Beltline, take Verona Rd. to PD, east to Seminole Hwy (2nd light), south to Lacy Rd., east to Osmundsen Rd. (just past fire station), left one block to Devoro Rd., right one block to Barbara Dr. From East Beltline, take Fish Hatchery Rd. south to Lacy Rd., west to Osmundsen Rd. (just before fire station), right one block to Devoro Rd., right one block to Barbara Dr. Ride the Capital City Trail with a breakfast/ snack stop at Panera Bread near end of ride. Saturday, July 4, Southwest Trail Meet at Dorn's Hardware (Midvale Blvd. And Beltline) at 9:30 A.M. (Park near Hammersley) Bike the arboretum, Wingra Creek Trail, Causeway Trail, Brittingham Park, snack at Lane's Bakery (Park and Drake) Mills St. Southwest Trail back to Dorn's. About 12 miles, all paved, some gradual hills, mostly trails. Lots of birds and scenery, good company! Bob Craig 273-4361

Saturday, July 11, Crystal Lake Ride. 35 Miles. County and Town Roads. Hills! (Every uphill has a down hill) Meet 9am at the Park-n-Ride at Springfield Corners (Hwy 12 and 19) North of Middleton. Lunch at the Roxbury Tavern. (at the 20 mile mark) Jack Loud 288-8349

Sat - Ozaukee Interurban Trail.
Hard surfaced. Meet at Dutch Mill Park and Ride at 7:30am. Convoy to Brown Deer (Milwaukee). Or meet at 9:30am at intersection of Dearborn Trail (north/ south) and W. River Lane (east-west) in Brown Deer (Milwaukee) - one block south of Brown Deer Rd (Hwy 100) and one block east of railroad on Brown Deer Rd. Be ready to ride at 10:00am. Bike from Brown Deer to Belgium or Lake Harrington – 25 or 30+ miles each way. Or make turn at Cedarburg or Grafton for lunch and return for 16-20 total mile ride. Sun – Milwaukee/Lake Michigan South Shore. Hard surfaced Meet group at 10:00am on Sunday morning ready to bike. Meet at intersection of E. Russell Ave. and S. Superior St. west off of S. Shore Drive (just south of Lake Michigan Ferry Terminal). Bike Lake Shore and Oak Creek Parkway section of Oak Leaf Trail. Trails through golf courses, parks, parkway roads – no regular streets. Capitol City Trail, IN THE COOL OF A JULY EVENING TRAIL RIDE Let the heat of the day go by and enjoy a dusk bike ride. Meet at 6:30PM In the parking lot of Tony Roma's Roma's parking lot 2965 Cahill (Off of Fish Hatchery) adjacent to Capitol City Trail. Go east to Lussier Family Heritage Center (12 miles round trip). Those who would like a longer ride, can continue to the Wingra loop to Southwest trail (18 miles). Joan Rubens 230-3300.

Saturday, July 25, We will meet at 10:00 AM at Hilldale in the parking lot across from the Great Dane and the Movie Theater. The route is about 16 miles through an interesting variety of west side neighborhoods on "unbusy" streets and bike paths.We will stop at about mile 11 at Babcock hall on campus to replenish energy. For those who want lunch afterwards, the Great Dane or Pasquales are good choices. This will be a leisurely ride and several route short cuts are available. Jerry 233-7584

Wednesday July 29, Paoli Ride Meet 9:30 A.M. at Seminole Highway parking lot near the Capital City Trail, Dunn's Marsh. We will bike on roads to Paoli. Some of these roads are hilly so some of us will have an opportunity to walk. You can either bring a picnic lunch or trust the stores there to have delicious sandwiches. The distance has not been calculated but should be about 15 miles or so (round trip)-Some of the hills add to the mileage! Arleen 833-0904
