Changes to the By-laws which were voted in at the November meeting were: Article IV Section 1: Dues that are received by September l will be effective through the following calendar year. (instead of October l) Article VI Section l: The General Meetings of the Society Shall be held in May, August, and November. (The February meeting has been eliminated.) Under Guidelines for the Board : Treasurer "Submits records for audit every two years." Audit will be defined as : Review of records by Treasurer and two additional SAS Board members.
