What is Even Start?
Even Start provides families with opportunities to learn and grow together. Educational services to families integrate:
- Training for parents regarding how to be the primary teacher for their children.
- Interactive literacy activities between parents and their children creating strong families.
- Adult education that leads to economic self-sufficiency.
- Age-appropriate education to help children ages birth to eight reach their full potential.
Even Start cooperates with the local technical college, public schools, libraries, and Head Start, creating a new range of services for children, adults, and families.

Education for Adults
- English as a Second Language(ESL)

- Focus ages: Birth-8 years old

Parenting Skills Education
