Play a valuable role in our Cold Cache program creating environmental education sites!
GeoCaching: outdoor treasure-hunt using a GPS receiver or other navigational tools to hide and seek "caches" containing a logbook and "treasure" (usually trinkets of little value).
EarthCaching is similar, except you seek out natural features instead of human-placed caches.
ColdCaching is a type of EarthCache, discovering natural features along the IAT.

Visit geocaching.com for current sites. Each one includes instructions for a simple task or questions to verify your find.

The coordinator, coldcache@iceagetrail.org, will walk you through the process. Guidelines are at iceagetrail.org

International Breast Cancer Research Foundation Nothing is as rewarding as volunteering your time and energy to a good cause.

The International Breast Cancer Research Foundation utilizes the efforts of volunteers a couple of different ways. Sometimes we need extra assistance at the office preparing for direct mail campaigns or catching up on clerical duties, such as data entry or filing. Other times, we need someone with a talent for writing, photography, marketing, or design for special assignments. And our biggest, most labor-intensive project is our annual fundraiser, Art for Women's Sake. Although this event takes place in October, the planning begins in early spring and the follow-up take us through November.

If you would like to learn more about becoming a volunteer with us, please contact Elizabeth at 608.268.3077 or greer@ibcrf.org.
