Promoting Independence and Quality of Life through Partnerships with Service Dogs | |
|
WAGS’ mission is to promote functional independence and quality of life for people with disabilities, primarily mobility impairments, through partnerships with service dogs. The Wisconsin Academy for Graduate Service Dogs, Inc. promotes independence for people with physical disabilities by providing highly skilled service, therapy, and companion dogs. Our foundation is based upon integrity and respect for the individual and our dogs. A WAGS dog can provide physical assistance, companionship, devotion, and unconditional love. WAGS is a non-profit corporation affiliated with United Way of Dane County and is a member of Assistance Dogs International. WAGS is located in Madison, Wisconsin, and can be contacted at:
