On January 24, 2007, The Westmorland Neighborhood Association Planning and Development Committee (WNAPDC) hosted a neighborhood-wide meeting. This meeting served as a visioning exercise to begin to identify the hopes and dreams of our Westmorland neighborhood now and in the future. Bert Stitt, a resident of the Capitol Neighborhoods with expertise in community planning and development, moderated and facilitated the meeting.
