MoneyInstructor.com is a site offering basic information on topics such as personal finance, budget planning, investing, writing resumes and cover letters, interviewing for jobs and developing effective time management and leadership skills.
Much of the site's material is geared toward teachers and students, but there is a fair amount of information available for individuals interested in improving their money management and workplace skills.
Register with the site to gain a free limited membership, which allows you to view a majority of the site's articles. A full membership, which allows complete access to the site's various lesson plans and worksheets, is available for a yearly fee.
Major topic areas of the site are indicated by the tabs visible at the top of all the site's pages. These include "Basic Money Skills," "Earning and Spending," "Saving and Investing" and Careers and Business." Click any of the tabs to view a listing of more specific topic areas.
The left side of the home page lists "kids and money resources," as well as information on topics such as debt management, accounting, nutrition and lifestyle. Also listed are the site's currently featured articles
The site can be searched via Google (the search box is located in the lower right corner of the home page) and suggestions and comments can be made by selecting the "Suggestions and Requests" tab at the top of each of the site's pages.
