This three-story mixed-use development is the latest from developer T. Wall Properties and fits into the company's pledge to construct multitenant "green" buildings that are environmentally friendly and energy efficient.

The building will be equipped with a geothermal heating and cooling system instead of rooftop units. The company also has a six-story building planned along the Beltline in Middleton that may have solar panels to produce electricity.
