Picture quality is awful. Did your photogs shoot all these?

For a party advertised as going until 1:30, why was this barricade (picture 3 on page 36) erected at 1:00? That could create problems like in past years. In the past there was no advertised closing time; the police had their idea (well before bartime) and the attendees had their idea of how long it should go (bartime or a little later). Thus, one of the primary causes of the conflicts of the past was a premature shutdown of a good time.
