The aught-six ride was a rough one, friends. Over 6,300 entries and nary a soul chose the Pats to make the final quartet. But like his legendary namesake, one man ascended above all others - a brave and brilliant traveler who rode hard, long and good while the rest of the field bopped the beetz.
