Nah Right's Eskay Takes Over As Editor of XXLMAG.com

as previously hinted at--Eskay of Nah Right is going to be be replacing new Scratch EIC Brendan Frederick as xxlmag.com's editor. Hopefully more on this later. While you're waiting for more info, go read eskay's interview with Queens Reigns Supreme author Ethan Brown @ Nah Right. If you didn't catch it a year ago, that is.

[update: looks like one of Nah Right's commenters caught this, and linked to it within eskay's Sean Price Jesus Price throwaway track post. Looks like eskay's being coy there--but as far as I know, it's as official as can be. Sorry if I preempted any plans for a grand announcement]

Below, the oh-so-accurate alexa traffic comparison: Nah Right's one man operation vs. XXLMAG.com.

I don't know much about dubious traffic metrics or statistics--but over the course of 2006, during which xxlmag.com relaunched, and eskay started working with XXL, traffic fluctuations at the two sites seem to correlate. Maybe that's got something to do with news cycles, or maybe there's more to it...
