Please Bring Your Troops Home

On Friday's Pro-Show, we spoke with Sami Rasouli, who grew up in Najaf, Iraq only to flee the Baath party and eventually became an American citizen living in the Twin Cities.  Sami returned to Najaf when his mother died in November of 2003 and saw the horrors of what he referred to as the "occupation" of his homeland.  Sami returned to Iraq again in 2004 and is planning to return again in May.  Sami found death squads, not democracy.  Sami found his family to be extremely frightened, and not at all free.  His request to us is to do our part to bring our troops home now.  Peace Action Wisconsin's George Martin offered other opportunities to go beyond simply voting to bring our troops home on Tuesday, encouraging all of us to get involved with the Wisconsin Network for Peace and Justice, as well as other anti-war organizationsDon't miss the National Journal story by Murray Waas, exposing more evidence that "the intelligence and facts were being fixed around the policy".

On Monday morning's show, we get to make fun of State Senator Tom Reynolds with Paul Soglin, from WaxingAmerica.com.  We'll also interview Wisconsin's own Joseph Minton Amman and Tom Breuer, authors of Sweet Jesus, I Hate Bill O'ReillyO'Reilly, you may recall, thinks Madison's media is made-up of Satanists.  Obviously, O'Reilly has never met our own Jim Dick.  Sweet Satan, We Love the Pro-Show!
