Sweet Jesus, I Hate Bill O'Reilly

The scariest part about right-wing blow-hard Bill O'Reilly is that he truly believes every word Bill O'Reilly says.  He's certain that Bill O'Reilly is liberal when it comes to social issues, like gay rights.  But when he talks about Brokeback Mountain, he fantasizes about John Wayne shooting Heath Ledger in the head.  Bill O'Reilly truly believes Bill O'Reilly is incredible at phone sex.  Even though he talks about his techniques in terms of his "modus operandi" and talks about using an IV to inject wine into women, and confuses his loofa with his falafel.  There is, after all, nothing as sexy as a soaped-up and soaked falafel.  All this and more about Bill O'Reilly is available in the new book Sweet Jesus, I Hate Bill O'Reilly written by Joe Minton Amman and Tom Breuer.  The authors are not members of the "elite liberal media", they're not east coast arrogant liberals with ivy league degrees, they are just two guys from Appleton who started SweetJesusIHateBillOReilly.com on a whim.

On Tuesday's Pro-Show, we'll celebrate the first anniversary of Dane101.com with co-creator Jesse Russell.  From the Wisconsin Network for Peace and Justice, Steve Burns joins the show to discuss the 31 Bring the Troops Home Now referendum questions in Wisconsin.  This message from former Madison police officer Ray Maida and his wife Diane:  "Our son Mark was killed on May 26, 2005 in Diyarah, Iraq by an Improvised Explosive Device while responding to a call for help from other infantry.  Mark believed it was wrong for the United States to be in Iraq and said that when he got home he would do all he could to 'protest our being in Iraq'.  Mark never made it home to do that, but we as a family want to honor him by relaying his message."  We'll celebrate tomorrow night, after the polls close, with a Peace Victory Party at Hawk's Bar & Grill, 425 State Street.
