Game On
This game, Blocky2, is a terrible and evil game. I started it innocently enough but once hour three passed, I knew I had a problem.
Do you remember that episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation
where Riker brings to the ship a video game headset that virtually
everyone gets sucked into playing? If I remember correctly, the
game in the headset was Blocky2.
Blocky2 is a puzzle game. Find matching colored blocks in the spots
where any rectangle's corners would be, select all the blocks
involved in that rectangle and eliminate those blocks. The goal is
to get rid of the blocks with faces.
Speaking of the blocks with faces, after several delusional hours with them, I realized there's a hidden message within their facial animation. They are sad and depressed until you kill them. They transform into euphoric smiling faces, giggling maniacally as they ascend and disappear. Obviously, this game is sending a message about euthanasia.
Someone help me. I want to play it again.
