Tea in the Yahara
For some reason, plenty of tickets apparently remain for this weekend's Kraftwerk show at Milwaukee's The Rave. What are you people, crazy?!? A show like this doesn't come along all too often in these parts, you know.
In my opinion, of course, the man-machines certainly deserve some appreciation for actually choosing -- for reasons far beyond my comprehension, I'm sure -- to include Wisconsin among their tour stops. And yes, I know: As Best Venues Ever go, The Rave isn't really anywhere near the top of the list. But one's gotta do what one's gotta do, right?
And in other news, I'm still on the lookout for Flight of the Conchords tickets for their upcoming show at the Riverside Theater on May 11. Trolling all the usual suspects, however, has led me to believe that tickets for said show are unattainable for less than, say, One Million Dollars. (More on that here.)
If anybody out there could manage do me a solid for that one, it'd certainly be appreciated. Just sayin'....
