After all the inflated indignation regarding the New Yorker Obama cartoon, this was inevitable. There were mentions of this being done as a Nat'l Review cover, days before Horsey actually released it.

We know that Barack Obama is neither a Muslim or a leftist radical.

We don't know that John Sidney McCain III, isn't senile. He has demonstrated lately that he likely is.

It's a matter of record that Cindy McCain had an addiction to pills, and stole drugs from a charity she ran in the 1990s, to feed that addiction.
