    • A rezoning that would allow the former Atwood Community Center to become Bunky's Cafe.
    • City ownership of the Allied-Dunn's Marsh Neighborhood sign
    • A curfew change from 11 p.m. to 10 p.m. for minors This is being referred, according to the consent agenda

Wednesday, Jan. 7: Central Park Design and Implementation Task Force, 8 a.m., Room LL-110 of the Madison Municipal Building, 215 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.

Urban Design Commission, 4:30 p.m., Room LL-110 of the Madison Municipal Building, 215 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.

Potentially approving final designs for a Hy-Vee Grocery at Westgate and beginning initial discussions of a mixed-use development downtown that would combine apartments, an optometry office and a second location for Capital Fitness that would include a swimming pool (which the proposal says is a first for the fitness company).

Thursday, Jan. 8: Community Development Authority, 4:30 p.m., Romnes Apartments, 540 W. Olin Ave.

Updates on the usual suspects: Lake Point Condominiums, Allied Drive, Truman-Olson and The Villager.

Public Hearing on Downtown Library Proposals, 6 p.m., Central Library,201 W. Mifflin St.

It's your turn to grill the two developers - T. Wall Properties and Fiore Companies - looking to land a multimillion-dollar city project on what their plans and the costs and benefits to each plan will entail.
