To close the book on one lingering question in the Wisconsin men's hockey offseason, defenseman Jamie McBain said he'll return for his junior season with the Badgers.

McBain was a second-round pick of the Carolina Hurricanes in 2006. He'll take part in prospects camps with the NHL team for the first time this summer, but he'll be in Madison in fall to lead a group of young UW defensemen.
