Monroe brewery unveils new beers
The Minhas Craft Brewery in Monroe is making clear malt around the clock to keep pace with anticipated demand for its new Corsairs line of malt-based coolers.
Owners Ravinder and Manjit Minhas announced the new line Wednesday.
A clear malt filtration system was installed in the brewery earlier this year.
The cooler line includes Corsairs Mojito, a Cuban-style drink, Corsairs Orange Squeeze and Corsairs Ice, a lemonade-flavored drink.
