How to apply for an Evjue Foundation grantDear Grantseeker:
In order to process your grant request we have designed an application form we hope
you will find relatively simple to follow and complete. Evjue Foundation grant applications must be submitted via mail or in person
using the PDF version of
the application. Mail the completed application to: The Evjue Foundation, Inc.,
The application must be limited to two pages. Do not alter our form in any way. Please do not send any attachments other than a copy of your IRS tax exempt status letter. All details regarding your grant request must be set forth on the form itself. If further clarification is necessary, we will contact you. Our fiscal year runs from March 1 to February 28. We are now accepting applications to be reviewed at our November meeting. The deadline for applications is October 15.
