A man accused of using a scissors to cause injuries in a fight over property Friday night was arrested and charged with second-degree recklessly endangering safety.
David Wrasse, 50, was confronted at his home by the victim, who was arguing with him about property when Wrasse allegedy swung a pair of scissors, causing what police reports called a minor laceration to the victim's neck.
The incident happened shortly before midnight in the 900 block of Harrington on the city's far northeast side.
