Tree crashes down on house in severe storm

Employees of the Nikolas Professional Tree and Shrub Care remove a tree that fell during Monday night's storm on a home owned by Tonya Jordan at 1304 Mathys Road in Monona.

Monona Firefighter Randy Hanson said no estimate of the damage has yet been made. The tree went down shortly after 9 p.m. as a severe storm swept through the area, but caused little other damage. No one was at home when the tree fell and there were no injuries.
