Parade of Condos set for July 26-Aug. 3
Area residents looking for a new place to call home will have the opportunity to check out new condominiums in five locations during the Madison Area Builders Association's 13th annual Parade of Condos. The event will take place from July 26 to Aug. 3.
A total of 15 condo projects in five area communities will be on display. The event will feature five projects located in Madison, four in Waunakee, three in Fitchburg, two in Middleton and one in Sun Prairie. The condos on display range in price from $259,000 to $800,000.
Units will be open for viewing from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are $10, and there is no charge for children under 12.
