Man drives into building, charged with 7th OWI
A 40-year-old man struck a building with his car early Saturday morning and was eventually arrested for his seventh operating-while-intoxicated offense.
Madison police arrested Jason T. Lynch at the scene after Lynch hit a private property south of the Beltline at 1502 Greenway Cross at 2:20 a.m.
Besides the OWI, Lynch was also charged with a probation violation and operating after revocation.
